Maintains accurate filing of documents into secured electronic filesĪll equipment required to perform jobs duties and task previously described.Communicate deadlines to staff and parent community in a timely manner.Documents and audits progress/completion of scheduled ARD meetings.Provides administrative support to ARD facilitators and special education teachers.Processes documents from concluded meetings both electronically and printed.Establishes and maintains secure access to student records.Assists w/ensuring parents & staff attend scheduled ARD meetings.Creates and emails ARD notices and ARD documents to parents.Review records to ensure they are up to date, current and making note of pertinent information.Assists the Special Education Enrollment Team by scanning enrollment documents and creating new students files.Creates and maintains special education records, through applicable systems, both electronically and printed.Works with Gen Ed Registrars throughout the enrollment process to finalize the receipt of documents.Ensures compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).Collect & compile data from various sources to report enrollment data to leadership.Facilitate and resolve enrollment issues in a timely manner initiate and execute changes and improvement to policy and network processes.Process applications and guide families through the enrollment process, including receipt of required documents.Communicate and assist in resolving technical issues that may arise in connection with the application process.Must have familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including Miscrosoft Office and Google suite applications.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Strong computer skills to implement multiple and diverse programs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Possess a passion for students, especially students with disabilities.Ability to proactively manage multiple, critical deadlines.Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Two years of office experience with a focus on recordkeeping with experience inmaintenance of student records in a public school environment (preferred).Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent.Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).Creating & scheduling Transfer ARD’s for staff and students. Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance for receipt of all required documents for all special education students enrolled at iSchool Virtual Academy. ![]()
